Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed.

A booking is only confirmed after payment has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may not be refunded.

In exceptional circumstances, rescheduling may be offered at my discretion.
